The legs of the crab are amazing and are where the best crab meat is. Each leg will give between ½ and ¾ lb of delicious pink tinged crab meat and with a little gentle persuasion you can pull each one out whole for use in salads or fish dishes. The King Crab meat has a melt in the mouth texture and the body meat is great in crab cakes and fish stews or curry.
