I can cook them as mini roasts and then carve them into slices for serving. One fillet will do for two people when cooked this way.

Very good value for money. the chicken is fab quality and because they are a larger size it makes the meals go further. The door to door service is hassle free and my distributor always gives me plenty of information on other products that i might be interested in, without making you feel obligated to buy,buy,buy!! i have also purchased the king prawns and cod fillets!! Quite large portions, I only have to use 2 breasts for a family meal for 3 adults. Value for money, taking account of the fabulous quality, it cannot be beaten. Very clean and succulent meat.
