6 Good Taste Food Chicken Breasts Salt and Pepper
Parsley, thyme and bay leaf
20cl (7fl oz) olive oil
40 garlic cloves, unpeeled
Rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaf, parsley and celery
Flour and water paste containing a little oil for sealing
1. Preheat the oven to 180oC (Gas Mark 4)
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
3. Put the olive oil into a casserole with the garlic and herbs
4. Place the chicken in the dish and turn to ensure well coated with oil
5. Seal the lid of the dish with the flour and water paste and place in the oven and cook for 1 and half hours.
6. Remove the lid just before serving, and serve with croutons for a tasty garlic chicken dish.
