this must be the best cod loin I have ever had, succulent, fresh and totally delicious no matter how it is cooked. I am addicted! and I usually am not a great eater of fish !

The versatile pieces of cod ( e.g. for fish pie or frying in breadcrumbs etc.) are consistent in size and flavour and I have found no small bones. It is obviously well filleted.
