Our fine mussels are beneficial for their fatty acid and anti-oxidant properties whilst being blessed with a fantastic taste. Our fully prepared large New Zealand mussels are sure to please. Presented in their half shell.
How to cook: Defrost and serve with lemon juice or a spicy dip, or add a topping of you choice. Alternatively, oven bake from frozen for 13 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C . Avoid overcooking.

This is my favourite shellfsih and the quality of the product is absolutely first class. The taste puts one in mind of the seaside as one etas them. They are extremely meaty and always fresh tasting.
