Mahi-Mahi are ray-finned fish found in tropical and subtropical waters. It's firm flesh is fabulous for frying, grilling or BBQ's. Each fish is individually quick frozen within 2 hours of being landed ensuring freshness.
How to cook: Grill or pan fry in olive oil and season with salt and crushed black pepper.
