Lean, succulent and full of flavour, our prime cuts of meat are supplied by a local, family owned abattoir. The meat is hormone free, and offers complete traceability from farm to fork.

The animals come from farms working to the highest standards of animal welfare. The abattoir matures the meat ‘the old fashioned way’ for 21 days to concentrate and optimise flavour.
2. Cut & Trimmed
Our professional butchers cut, trim and grade the meats. The individual portions are vacuum sealed ready to be delivered direct to your door.
