Mustard-glazed gammon on a bed of wilted spinach

  Ready in: 30 minutes

Serves 4

4 Good Taste Foods Gammon Steaks
2 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Olive Oil
400g  spinach
Salt & fresh ground pepper 

1. Preheat the oven to 180˚c
2. Heat one tbsp of olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan. When hot, sear the gammon steaks on both sides and season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

On one side of each steak, spread on the mustard and honey.
4. Place the pan into the oven to finish off. Cook for 10 minutes or until your preferred taste.
5. Whilst the gammon is in the over, heat another tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add in the butter. To wilt the spinach, add in the required amount and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, adding seasoning if required.
6. Serve the gammon steak on the bed of wilted spinach with your favourite side dish.Tastes great served with garlic marinated potatoes or seasonal vegetables!
