Serves: 4

500g (1lb 2ozs) Good Taste Foods peppered sirloin (click to buy here now)

4 flour tortilla wraps

1 red pepper

1 bag rocket or continental salad

15ml (1tbsp) horseradish sauce

2 onions

 
 

1.  Peel and finely slice the onions.  Cook the steak in a ridged frying pan or on the barbeque for approximately 3-4 minutes each side – longer if you like it well done.

2.  While the steak is cooking, heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan.  Pat dry the onions with kitchen paper and fry until golden, then remove and drain.

3.  Thinly slice the red pepper and cooked steak.  Heat the wraps according to pack directions.

Spread the wraps with the horseradish sauce, top with the steak, onions, red pepper and rocket, wrap and enjoy.
