These are larger than I expected. I can take two, roll them in a spices+flour+breadcrumbs mix and then cook them in the oven as if they are a small roast. Then carve them into 1cm thick slices and serve them up to a family of four (or five if one of the children has a friend visiting). They barely shrink at all from their pre-cooked size and taste great.
