Our poultry range of chicken and duck includes plain chicken and duck breast fillets to use in your favourite recipes. Alternatively, choose from our range of quality products such as Cajun Chicken or Chinese Roast Ducking, complete with Pancakes and Hoi Sin sauce, giving you an enjoyable meal with very little effort.
1. Our Chicken
There's no additives or hormones in these grain fed chicken breasts. They are dry frozen so there's very little added water either - just lots of succulent white meat with superb flavour.
2. Our Duck
Enjoy duck meat that is consistently flavoursome, succulent and tender. The ducks are bred on an award winning farm and their diet includes no additives, hormones or GM products.
