While I really wanted to like these and even though the fillings are terrific, I can on ly give these 2 stars as I have a lot of trouble getting the pastry to cook properly. Because there is so much pastry at the top, all folded up on itself, I always end up with a chunk of raw pastry and have to cut it off. Such a pity. I think it is the only thing that I have purchased from Good Taste Foods that I have had any trouble with at all.
