Our wild skinless and boneless salmon fillets from Alaska have a meatier texture and slightly stronger flavour than farmed salmon fillets, but they’re still every bit as enjoyable!
How to cook: Cook from frozen - just wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200-220°C. They can also be pan-fried, grilled or poached.
